Who hasn’t wished life could be more like Super Mario Bros. once in a while? Running around, beating up bad guys, spitting fire and rescuing a cute princess seems like a pretty sweet life to us. Alas, it’s not easy to get your life to be more like a video game. But brilliant Instructables member Bruno has a fun way to add a little of that wacky Mario feeling to your daily routine with his real-life Mario coin brick.

The brick really throws out a coin when you hit it, and it even makes that familiar coin brick sound thanks to an MP3 player hidden inside. Like most Instructables users, Bruno was generous enough to share the secrets of his invention with the rest of us.
