<p>Starting in 2016, you will be able to purchase your very own jetpack &#8211; after decades of development, Martin Aircraft is finally making commercial models available for sale next year.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28706" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/personal-jetpack-flying-machine-468x313.jpg" alt="personal jetpack flying machine" width="468" height="313" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/personal-jetpack-flying-machine-468x313.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/personal-jetpack-flying-machine.jpg 537w" sizes="(max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>If you cannot afford this luxury manned aircraft, you may want to consider a professional career change to government employee, police, fire or ambulance driver, as those kinds of organizations are at the top of the pitch list for this new flying vehicle.</p>
<!--YouTube Error: bad URL entered-->
<p>Driven by a 200HP V4 petrol engine powering two ducted fans, the machine can stay airborne for up to 30 minutes, carry over 250 pounds, achieve speeds of 45 miles per hour and reach up to 1,000 meters. It is also maneuverable in tight spaces, perfect for unique emergency situations.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28707" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/test-vr-flying-machine-468x351.jpg" alt="test vr flying machine" width="468" height="351" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/test-vr-flying-machine-468x351.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/test-vr-flying-machine.jpg 520w" sizes="(max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>The company just finished an exhibition of its current prototype, flown in Paris, alongside a virtual reality simulation allowing interested consumers to try out the experience from the comfort of a couch with a VR headset. Meanwhile, it remains to be seen how flight-regulating authorities like the FAA will approach controlling this new breed of personal luxury vehicle, but for now the sky is the limit.</p><p>The post <a href="https://gajitz.com/fly-3000-feet-high-150000-personal-jetpack-for-sale/">Fly 3,000 Feet High: $150,000 Personal Jetpack for Sale</a> first appeared on <a href="https://gajitz.com">Gajitz</a>.</p>

    <p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28416" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/tiny-electric-car-europe-468x348.jpg" alt="tiny electric car europe" width="468" height="348" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/tiny-electric-car-europe-468x348.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/tiny-electric-car-europe-1024x761.jpg 1024w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/tiny-electric-car-europe.jpg 1800w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>Bridging the almost-artificial divide between conventional quadricycles and lower-powered scooters, this micro-vehicle fits the legal system in France just right, allowing it to be driven by teenagers who are not allowed to pilot an ordinary car.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28417" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/twizzy-tiny-vehicle-france-468x307.jpg" alt="twizzy tiny vehicle france" width="468" height="307" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/twizzy-tiny-vehicle-france-468x307.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/twizzy-tiny-vehicle-france-1024x672.jpg 1024w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/twizzy-tiny-vehicle-france.jpg 1375w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>Weighing 1,000 pounds and with a maximum speed of around 50 miles per hour, the idea was in part to provide a lighter-weight but ultimately street-safer alternative to bikes and mopeds for teens just learning to take the wheel.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28415" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/renault-tiny-electric-car-468x263.jpg" alt="RENAULT TWIZY (X09) - PHASE 1 - GAMME 2013" width="468" height="263" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/renault-tiny-electric-car-468x263.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/renault-tiny-electric-car-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/renault-tiny-electric-car.jpg 1920w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>The version of the Renault Twizy teenagers can actually drive legally is a bit smaller than described above, modified to fit within French regulations regarding the maximum size, speed and capacity of a vehicle that can be used with just a road safety certificate.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28414" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/twizy-curb-perpendicular-parking-468x263.jpg" alt="RENAULT TWIZY CARGO (X09) - PHASE 1" width="468" height="263" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/twizy-curb-perpendicular-parking-468x263.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/twizy-curb-perpendicular-parking-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/twizy-curb-perpendicular-parking.jpg 1920w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>Assuming the design manages to leap the pond, it is unlikely to similarly allow younger driving in other places, but still has plenty of other advantages &#8211; at its size, it can fit into half-sized parking spaces, those extra zones you curse for not being big enough to fit your car in the city, and can even be parked perpendicular to the curb, squeezing it in just about anywhere.</p><p>The post <a href="https://gajitz.com/drive-at-age-14-teens-allowed-tiny-electric-car-in-europe/">Drive at Age 14: Teens Allowed Tiny Electric Car in Europe</a> first appeared on <a href="https://gajitz.com">Gajitz</a>.</p>

<p>The rear wheel of the vehicle is driven by a large crankshaft &#8211; unfortunately, the power source is also the limitation of the entire operation: the bike only has a top speed of around five miles per hour. Still, for a relaxing trip through town sure to draw attention, it would definitely be a lot of fun to ride.</p><p>The post <a href="https://gajitz.com/locomotive-motorcycle-steam-powered-engine-drives-bike/">Locomotive Motorcycle: Steam-Powered Engine Drives Bike</a> first appeared on <a href="https://gajitz.com">Gajitz</a>.</p>

<p>A win for drivers and DIY mechanics alike, this stainless steel oil filter lets you drive twice as far without an oil change, improves your vehicle&#8217;s fuel efficiency by a few percent and, best of all, will not need to be swapped out ever again.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28351" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-oil-filter-design-468x351.jpg" alt="lifetime oil filter design" width="468" height="351" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-oil-filter-design-468x351.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-oil-filter-design.jpg 667w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>The Hubb Lifetime Oil Filter from <a href="http://www.whipsaw.com/work/projects/lifetime-oil-filter/">Whipsaw</a> eliminates a key piece of toxic waste: used oil filters, of which hundreds of millions are thrown out in the United States alone each year.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28348" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-filter-in-use-468x351.jpg" alt="lifetime filter in use" width="468" height="351" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-filter-in-use-468x351.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-filter-in-use.jpg 667w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>Oil filters were not an original feature of cars, but came along to help reduce bad buildups in engines early in modern automotive history &#8211; but these have changed too little since being introduced, including inefficient bypass filters and messy paper pulp.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28347" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-filter-side-view-468x317.jpg" alt="lifetime filter side view" width="468" height="317" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-filter-side-view-468x317.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-filter-side-view.jpg 640w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>This new version is made of stainless steel wire mesh, helping reduce impurities and clogs as well as the engine power required to push oil through the filter in the first place. It also looks rather awesome, but its designers concede that is simply a byproduct of being built to function well. At under $100, it is considerably more expensive than a standard filter, but, then again, it will last forever, so consider it an investment in your car&#8217;s future.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28349" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-elegant-oil-filter-468x351.jpg" alt="lifetime elegant oil filter" width="468" height="351" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-elegant-oil-filter-468x351.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/lifetime-elegant-oil-filter.jpg 667w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p><em>&#8220;HUBB is an oil filter for use on any car or truck. This all stainless steel filter captures five times more contaminants and drastically reduces oil flow back pressure, which increases fuel efficiency and reduces carbon emissions. Conventional oil filters use paper pulp filters that clog quickly, becoming useless and putting a drag on the engine. he filters are a unique micro-woven 316L surgical stainless steel mesh. The mesh porosity is sized perfectly to capture debris in the oil but allow for easy flow, unlike paper pulp which has uncontrolled porosity.&#8221;</em></p><p>The post <a href="https://gajitz.com/endless-oil-filter-double-capacity-never-needs-replacing/">Endless Oil Filter: Double Capacity, Never Needs Replacing</a> first appeared on <a href="https://gajitz.com">Gajitz</a>.</p>
