    <p><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-30237" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/cable-works-android-iphone-468x206.jpg" alt="cable works android iphone" width="468" height="206" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/cable-works-android-iphone-468x206.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/cable-works-android-iphone.jpg 680w" sizes="(max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>So you have an iPhone, but your significant other has an Android device, or perhaps you have friends over looking for a charge, which, thanks to this dual-functioning cord, you can now accommodate.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-30239" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/cablegif-468x293.gif" alt="cablegif" width="468" height="293" /></p>
<p>The LMcabe is as simple as it is essential: it can flip easily between either device type, working with Androids as well as Apples, lightning cable tied to MicroUSB. The narrow end is thin enough to slot into both devices. If you need to see it to believe it, here you go:</p>
<!--YouTube Error: bad URL entered-->
<p>Lots of caveats, of course, including the fact that this is (at least a goal-met Kickstarter capmaign. Your $15 may take a while to turn into a cable, if it happens at all. And then, by that time, there may already be other solutions like it, or cable conventions could have evolved in general, too (e.g. the new flippable USB).</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-30238" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/reversible-cable-design-468x312.jpg" alt="reversible cable design" width="468" height="312" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/reversible-cable-design-468x312.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/reversible-cable-design.jpg 680w" sizes="(max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>It could also conceivably be bad for your ports over time, or even the device itself if not engineered properly. One option: wait until it&#8217;s out, then decide for yourself after reading reviews, though the price may have gone up by then, too.</p><p>The post <a href="https://gajitz.com/finally-dual-device-cable-charges-both-iphones-androids/">Finally: Dual-Device Cable Charges Both iPhones & Androids</a> first appeared on <a href="https://gajitz.com">Gajitz</a>.</p>

<p>Billing itself as the world&#8217;s smallest mobile accessory, this eight-in-one micro-gadget carries your cables, serves as an emergency charger and a good deal more, all at (the size of) your fingertips.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28105" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-portable-peripherals1-468x259.jpg" alt="wondercube portable peripherals" width="468" height="259" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-portable-peripherals1-468x259.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-portable-peripherals1.jpg 600w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28102" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-multifuncitonal-468x265.jpg" alt="wondercube multifuncitonal" width="468" height="265" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-multifuncitonal-468x265.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-multifuncitonal.jpg 600w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>&#8220;No tangled cable. No mess. WonderCube features a foldout flexible USB cord measuring 3 inches when extended. Neatly folded in just 1-inch, the cube is completely covered without any exposed contacts. It’s incredibly durable and compact. A cable designed to be with you everywhere!&#8221;</p>

<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28097" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-flashlight-468x263.jpg" alt="wondercube flashlight" width="468" height="263" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-flashlight-468x263.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-flashlight.jpg 600w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>With a built-in flashlight and all kinds of nooks and crannies, the idea is to replace basically everything you normally take along with you to accompany your mobile electronic devices &#8211; the only catch: it is naturally not big enough to hold a charge itself, but can be used indirectly with other batteries to do that job.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28098" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-portable-charging-468x263.jpg" alt="wondercube portable charging" width="468" height="263" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-portable-charging-468x263.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-portable-charging.jpg 600w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28099" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-micro-sd-468x263.jpg" alt="wondercube micro sd" width="468" height="263" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-micro-sd-468x263.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-micro-sd.jpg 600w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>&#8220;Smart devices are great. They make our lives more convenient and certainly more productive. Yet, they have always come with quite a number of accessories, which individually provide solutions such as charging battery, standing up your phone for the perfect viewing angle, storing and syncing data…etc. However, many of them are bulky and easy to forget.&#8221;</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28100" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-mobile-modular-468x263.jpg" alt="wondercube mobile modular" width="468" height="263" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-mobile-modular-468x263.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-mobile-modular.jpg 600w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28096" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-prototype-construction-468x267.jpg" alt="wondercube prototype construction" width="468" height="267" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-prototype-construction-468x267.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-prototype-construction.jpg 600w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>Some critics will wonder if it can be done, but the device has already raised close to <a href="https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/wondercube-8-mobile-essentials-in-one-cubic-inch">$200,000 on IndieGoGo</a>, so clearly a good many backers have faith in the execution as well as the concept. Its creators have also built a number of 3D-printed mockups to demostrate its feasibility.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-28101" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-keychain-468x775.jpg" alt="wondercube keychain" width="468" height="775" srcset="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-keychain-468x775.jpg 468w, https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/wondercube-keychain.jpg 600w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px" /></p>
<p>&#8220;Once we were set on several key directions, we moved from paper to action. We built quick prototypes using clay and paper, to get a hand-on experience for better understanding the strengths and weaknesses of our concepts. Having evolved through several versions, we moved to rapid prototyping and tested with users. We believe by putting our ideas into actual contexts and by acquiring feedback through user testing, the design evolved to better meet the needs of our users.&#8221;</p><p>The post <a href="https://gajitz.com/tiny-tesseract-your-portable-peripherals-in-a-1-inch-cube/">Tiny Tesseract: Your Portable Peripherals in a 1-Inch Cube</a> first appeared on <a href="https://gajitz.com">Gajitz</a>.</p>

<p>The <a href="http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/epiphanylabs/epiphany-one-puck?ref=home_popular">Epiphany onE Puck</a> is a compact gadget that ensures you will never have to deal with a dead phone battery again &#8211; as long as you have a hot or cold drink handy. The device, roughly the size and shape of a hockey puck, is a small Stirling engine. This type of engine generates energy from temperature differences, and it&#8217;s been in use since the early 1800s.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-20028" alt="epiphany onE Puck" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/epiphany-onE-Puck.jpg" width="468" height="379" /></p>
<p>Modern technology has made it possible for the Stirling engine to power new devices in new ways. The onE Puck is efficient enough to completely charge a mobile phone, iPod or any other USB-charged device that draws 1000 mA or less.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-20029" alt="epiphany one puck charger" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/epiphany-one-puck-charger.jpg" width="468" height="396" /></p>
<p>The onE Puck works when you place a hot beverage on the red side or a cold beverage on the blue side. The gadget makes it possible to keep a full battery even when you&#8217;re away from home or in a foreign country where your phone&#8217;s charger won&#8217;t work with the outlets.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-20030" alt="onE Puck charger" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/onE-Puck-charger.jpg" width="468" height="375" /></p>
<p>The Epiphany onE Puck is raising funds on <a href="http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/epiphanylabs/epiphany-one-puck?ref=home_popular">Kickstarter</a>. As of the time of writing, the project has already reached its goal but backers can still get a onE Puck, an Epiphany tee shirt and a sticker for $115.</p><p>The post <a href="https://gajitz.com/running-hot-and-cold-device-powers-phone-using-beverages/">Running Hot and Cold: Device Powers Phone Using Beverages</a> first appeared on <a href="https://gajitz.com">Gajitz</a>.</p>

    <p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18089" title="chargecard" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/chargecard.jpg" alt="" width="468" height="267" /></p>
<p>To be honest, carrying a cable in your car or bag to keep your phone charged probably isn&#8217;t that big a deal to most people. But for those of us who can&#8217;t be bothered to take one along, the <a href="http://www.chargecardproject.com/">ChargeCard</a> is a brilliantly designed gadget to keep your mobile phone or iPod topped up at all times.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18088" title="charge card micro usb" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/charge-card-micro-usb.jpg" alt="" width="468" height="351" /></p>
<p>The ChargeCard is, more or less, a USB cable sans cord. It&#8217;s the size and shape of a credit card, so it stores handily in your wallet or pocket. You can keep one in your wallet at all times just in case of an eventual iPhone battery emergency &#8211; and you&#8217;ll never even know it&#8217;s there.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18087" title="charge card wallet size usb charger" src="https://gajitz.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/charge-card-wallet-size-usb-charger.jpg" alt="" width="468" height="490" /></p>
<p>This cool idea earned way more than its goal on Kickstarter, and it&#8217;s generated a lot of interest from people who presumably find themselves stranded with a dead phone pretty often. The device comes in two flavors: iPhone/iPod or Micro USB. They&#8217;ll each run you $25 &#8211; not a terrible price for such a handy little piece of battery insurance.</p><p>The post <a href="https://gajitz.com/charge-it-slick-usb-charging-device-fits-in-your-wallet/">Charge It: Slick USB Charging Device Fits in Your Wallet</a> first appeared on <a href="https://gajitz.com">Gajitz</a>.</p>
